TKP, a company that performs shared service operations for big pension funds in the Netherlands, services more than 3 million Dutch citizens with their retirement arrangements. They are a loyal Scriptura Engage client since 2006. They started using our software as a simple letter generator, but by now they have increased their activities to a full output management platform. From HTML based forms for data capture to email generation and tracking, to a fully multichannel interface.
To perform this switch from paper to digital, a lot had to be taken into account in order to ensure that this digital-first way of communicating is still legally compliant with governmental standards. This implied the need for an integrated solution that supported both paper and digital communication methods, so that every customer can be served according to their own preference.
