To assess the state of the customer communications market and see how the vendors stack up against each other, Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of top Customer Communications Management (CCM) vendors. Forrester evaluated 14 vendors against 22 criteria.
Companies included in the “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Communications Management, Q2 2016” are evaluated on their “current offering” which measures functionality across structured, interactive, and on-demand segments for authoring, post composition, output management support, production and content management and integration as well as application development environment. “Strategy” was also reviewed which involves looking at planned enhancements across the output segments and examined partnership approaches, corporate strategy, target markets, and costs.
Scriptura Engage was recognized as a Strong Performer in customer communications management. The platform received its highest scores for the CCM product strategy, industry and global reach, document input, design and creation, and business, collaboration and channel support criteria. Style and brand governance through an asset repository resulted in the highest score for the user interaction with document system criterion.
