By applying business rules and conditional logic, you can fine tune every form of communication you send to a mobile device to the exact needs of your customers. Depending on the data that is provided, specific content can be included or left out, like specific wording or a table with an account overview. It is also possible to have a flexible layout, like adapting the font size to make text appear larger for senior customers or including different graphics for other customer segments.

And again – it’s easy with Scriptura Engage Designer. Applying business rules and logic is done through wizards and point-and-click. There is no need to program.
