Release and asset management
Organizations need to manage multiple versions of templates and assets, such as logos and headers. They also need to collaborate between several users to keep these up-to-date. Users need to work on newer versions of templates, while still having access to the older versions. Efficient release and asset management is indispensable for good customer communication management.
All assets, like templates, images, and document flows are automatically under version control. Users will have access to the history of all versions of an asset, assign or setup tags, branches or labels and can collaborate with other users on the same asset.
Different versions of assets may be deployed to different environments. For example, the templates and objects labeled ‘Test’ can be deployed on the test server(s), while the objects labeled ‘Production’ can be deployed on the production server(s) etc. Users can also deploy one object immediately to a specific environment, e.g. for an urgent update to a document in production.
Companies can achieve reduced time to market by collaborating on multiple versions of templates at the same time and by testing them in separate environments, integrated with the internal applications. Access control lowers the risk of unauthorized changes to outgoing communications.
