Business rules and dynamic data
By applying business rules and conditional logic, you can fine tune every electronic form to the exact situation of your customers. Depending on the data that is provided, specific blocks will be included or left out. For example not displaying fields to ask for information about the family situation if the customer does not have a partner or children. It is also possible to have a flexible layout, like adapting the font size to make text appear larger for senior customers or including different graphics for other customer segments.
Applying business rules and logic is done through wizards and point-and-click. There is no need to program.
The number of electronic form templates and template maintenance time will be drastically reduced since small differences between two electronic forms can be handled in a single template, instead of having to maintain two templates.
