Menzis is an important player in the healthcare insurance industry in the Netherlands. Besides a range of healthcare insurance policies and reimbursements the company also offers ‘second opinions’ and consultancy for seniority care, pregnancy, etc.
1.800 employees take care of the needs of 2,1 million insured people and as Menzis’ customer population involves all ages they need to be able to communicate in different ways and through different channels.
They also need to take into account an annual volume of almost 13 million communications and a few communication peaks per year.
Menzis handled its invoicing completely on paper until they started their Digital Output via Scriptura project.
