To better support its prevention consultants, Mensura – the largest external service for prevention and protection at work – has pulled the mobile card. For that, Mensura approached Inventive Designers, which delivers with their product Scriptura Engage, a mobile app and software platform for digital-first communication.

An analysis of the current workflow showed that especially the many manual handling and the paperwork slowed down the efficiency. Prevention consultants are usually on the road and during the whole day they have a suitcase filled with a laptop, tablet, paper documentation and forms. During their visits they make notes that they, once they arrived at the office, have to process in the business system Health@Work. Double work.

“With the Kofferproject we wanted to run the administration of the company visits fully digital,” says Christophe Vanneste, CIO at Mensura. “One digital application had to enable our prevention consultants to inform themselves and to simplify, speed up and make their administration paperless.” For this objective, the choice fell on Scriptura Engage. With their mobile solution, the (non-technical) user can consult offline customer data in French or Dutch, customize and fill out an electronic checklist together with the customer. This information is – as soon as the user is back online – automatically synchronized with the customer data system of Mensura.
