Inventive Designers, the company behind the Customer Communications Management software Scriptura Engage, recently announced the appointment of Jim Verbist as their new Professional Services Manager. In his new role, Verbist will be responsible for the further development of the professional services team to support the company’s growing international customer base.

Jim’s appointment is in line with the company’s strategy to not only provide the software Scriptura Engage, but to also deliver full implementation. “His expertise and experience will be hugely beneficial to the future growth and scalability of Scriptura Engage,” says Klaas Bals, CEO. “Improving customer experience is top of mind for our customers. Scriptura Engage is increasingly involved in an organization’s core applications. I am sure Jim’s appointment will enable better alignment between customer needs and our solutions.”

Jim Verbist brings over 15 years’ experience in project management, service delivery management, project portfolio management and people management. Previous roles include Business Unit Manager Productivity Solutions and Knowledge Manager Technology & Innovation at Tobania, where he worked on future-proof application architectures within the Digital Business Solutions Department.

“I am looking forward to strengthening our relationship with our clients,” says Verbist. “In addition to leading our professional team of product consultants, I believe that I can effectively scale the project management division so that it can operate more professionally. In the near future, I plan to contribute to Scriptura Engage’s transition to position itself as a SaaS (Software as a Service) based company.”
